As the eldest daughter of immigrants, caregiving was woven into my psyche at an early age. Long before I became a therapist, I learned to show up for others with strength and composure, even when I was quietly carrying anxiety and pressure on the inside. It wasn’t until I began my own healing journey that I truly understood how essential it is to care for ourselves, too.

Now, I work with parents and caregivers like you—people who are doing their best to hold everything together while quietly wondering if anyone sees how heavy it all is. Whether you're adjusting to a new version of yourself, navigating anxiety or overwhelm, or facing the heartbreak of loss, I want you to know: you don’t have to carry it alone.

My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally aware. I blend psychodynamic and family systems theory with mindfulness and Jungian dreamwork to honor all parts of your experience—your mind, your body, and your spirit. Here there is space for your story, your grief, your joy, and everything in between.
