Stepping into parenthood, whether for the first time or once again, can bring a swirl of emotions. For many families, it’s a season filled with joy and hope, but it can also hold worry, overwhelm, and unexpected challenges. If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or loss, please know you don’t have to walk through it alone.

​

My own journey into parenthood began about a year ago, shaped by nine months of close monitoring for preeclampsia. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to receive a pregnancy diagnosis that requires constant attention, and how essential it is to care for your mental health along the way.

​

As both a mother and the eldest daughter in a Hispanic household, caregiving has been part of my life since childhood. Yet growing up, conversations about mental health were rare. During pregnancy, I often felt alone in navigating the emotional weight it carried. These experiences have deepened my commitment to creating a supportive space where no one has to face those challenges in isolation.

My approach is rooted in compassion and holistic care. I provide a safe space where you can share openly about the stress, the questions, and even the parts of parenthood that may feel too heavy to name.

In addition to supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and loss, I also have experience working with individuals living with OCD. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, persistent worry, or the weight of expectations, our work together will focus on cultivating self-compassion and relief.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process where your voice and experiences matter. Above all, I strive to offer a calm, supportive presence. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, more understood, and more confident. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in this chapter of your journey, at your pace, and in your own way.
