You may be wondering what a coach is?

A coach is someone who serves as a guide and support throughout life challenges. Coaches create a safe space to support you as you identify challenges, work towards solutions, and gain insight into how to be the best version of yourself. A coach can help people in different areas of their life.
At Dancy Perinatal, all of our coaches have master degrees and specialized training in how to best support families through the perinatal period. This will look different for each person. You and your coach will work together to create goals and find solutions so you can best achieve what is important to you.
Coaching sessions are $140 per 50 minute session.
We can currently accept United HealthCare, UMR, Optum, Western Health Advantage, AETNA, CIGNA, CenCal, MHN, CA Health & Wellness, HealthNet, Central California Alliance for Health, LA Care Health, Partnership HealthPlan of California, and San Francisco Health Plan

Our Critical Incident Support Program (or CISP) is a professional support service exclusively offered for birth and medical professionals. This structured on-on-one support program is meant to address the symptoms of acute work-related stress quickly and effectively so that care providers can get back to doing what they love - and feeling well while they do it.
Peer support can be incredibly helpful during difficult times. Dancy Perinatal is committed to helping create digital villages for our families so you don't feel so alone and have people around you who really get it. We have a variety of classed groups. That means you connect with the same small group of people for 8 week, and on-demand and live virtual classes throughout the year. Find what fits best with your schedule and needs!
