I am passionate about the need for perinatal mental health care, and believe that the transition into parenthood is one of the most transformative periods in life. In our current world, the pressures of life continue to build, and parents in particular are carrying so much extra weight. I want to offer a safe space to my clients to be vulnerable, to feel understood, and to simply focus on their own needs. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I want to meet my clients where they are at without judgment or agenda.

 

      I have personally experienced a traumatic birth and a miscarriage of twins, and I understand the unique needs that impact the perinatal period from both a personal and professional lens. I aim to support my clients during this beautiful yet difficult time in life, and I am so excited to be part of your journey towards healing and growth.
