Social media tells us a story of parenthood that is filled with perfect filters and cute baby bump photos. But what if that hasn’t been your path?
For people who have experienced infertility or pregnancy loss
… it can feel completely isolating.
People don’t understand where you’re coming from and they can’t offer you any helpful direction! Everything is out of your control and nothing seems to make it okay.
This online class (led by therapists) is for you.
Think of it as a "bite-sized" portion for families who are struggling along their path to parenthood. As therapists who specialize in this issue, we will cover
- Real world tools you can use immediately to cope with the highs and lows of infertility and loss
- Give you communication skills that work with family and friends.
…The last portion of the class will include a facilitated conversation and questions among live attendees who need to dialogue with others who get it
A class for individuals or couples!
The class will be recorded for ticket holders (recording will omit conversation portion of class to protect the privacy of attend)
When: Pre-Recorded Live Class is available for immediate download
