The journey into parenthood changes everything—your body, your identity, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. And yet, so often, the support you need in this transformation is missing.

As the eldest daughter of immigrants, caregiving was woven into my psyche at an early age. Long before I became a therapist, I learned to show up for others with strength and composure, even when I was quietly carrying anxiety and pressure on the inside. It wasn’t until I began my own healing journey that I truly understood how essential....
I'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My path into parenthood began while I was both a military member and a military spouse. During this season of life, I experienced birth trauma and began a personal journey through postpartum anxiety and depression. Like many parents, I didn’t immediately recognize what I was going through. In the military community—where strength and resilience are deeply valued—it can feel especially hard to open up about emotional struggles. That experience helped shape my deep empathy for parents navigating mental health challenges, particularly in systems where seeking help can feel complicated.

I am delighted you are here! As an experienced NICU RN with a deep passion for supporting individuals at every stage of the perinatal journey, I bring compassion, collaboration, and curiosity to my practice, guiding clients through the transition into parenthood and beyond.
After having my first child during the pandemic, it felt as if my world turned upside down. Little did I know that I would begin a beastly battle with postpartum anxiety and depression. Despite having the education, resources, and knowledge, I was dumbfounded that I could still suffer....
Parenthood has the potential to be one of life’s most beautiful journeys. At the same time, it is so often filled with challenging and distressing thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I believe that everyone who is struggling deserves a safe and supportive space to share their story, to feel seen and understood, and to know they do not have to walk this difficult path alone.
As a father who has personally endured the pain of pregnancy loss, holding space for parents in the perinatal season of life is deeply sacred to me. I’m passionate....
