Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re new to parenthood, new to therapy, or both, you’re in good hands.

You are not alone. While this journey can feel incredibly isolating, there is a difference between being alone and feeling alone. That difference matters, and we can navigate it together. You are a human being having a human experience, and you deserve support along the way. My own perinatal journey profoundly changed my life, and it’s what led me to dedicate my work to supporting other mothers.

Parenthood has the potential to be one of life’s most beautiful journeys. At the same time, it is so often filled with challenging and distressing thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can leave us feeling isolated and  overwhelmed. I believe that everyone who is struggling deserves a safe and supportive space to share their story, to feel seen and understood, and to know they do not have to walk this difficult path alone.
As a father who has personally endured the pain of pregnancy loss, holding space for parents in the perinatal season of life is deeply sacred to me. I’m passionate....

As a mother of three who has also experienced pregnancy loss and my own mental health challenges after childbirth, I understand firsthand how complex this stage of life can be.
