Our Critical Incident Support Program™ (or CISP™) is a professional support service exclusively offered for caregiving professionals. This structured one-on-one support program is meant to address the symptoms of acute work-related stress quickly and effectively so that care providers can get back to doing what they love- and feeling well while they do it.

We believe that what the industry is calling burnout is often unaddressed trauma and distress that is incurred through normal job duties for medical and birth professionals.
Rather than a pathology, acute stress is a predictable and normal reaction to many of the challenges that front-line responders face. Much like medical equipment, care for the impact of job performance should be a normal way that professionals and institutions invest in their career longevity and satisfaction.

1. Stabilize the professional in acute distress
2. Debrief the critical incident in a trauma-informed manner
3. Systematically de-escalate the central nervous system until symptom reduction.
4. Integrate the memory into a long-term and non-reactive narrative​
