Hi! Welcome. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and not have to have everything figured out before you walk through the virtual door.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals and couples as they navigate anxiety, relationships, parenthood, grief and loss, reproductive and maternal mental health, and the many transitions that come with different seasons of life.

I’m also interested in helping clients better understand the connection between their emotions, bodies, and nervous systems, especially when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply don’t feel like themselves.

My approach is curious and collaborative. I don’t believe there is one “right” way to do therapy, so I draw from different approaches and work together with my clients to find what feels helpful and meaningful for them. Part of our work may be slowing things down, getting curious about what is happening underneath the surface, and making space for all the different parts of your experience.

At the heart of my work, I hope to help clients feel more connected to themselves, understand their experiences with greater compassion, and learn to trust their own voice a little more.
