Your emotional well-being is my top priority, and I am deeply committed to walking alongside you through the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood and including the often unspoken pain of grief and loss. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, birth trauma, infertility, or the heartbreak of miscarriage or infant loss, you don’t have to do it alone. With over a decade of clinical experience, I bring warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care to our work together. We’ll move at your pace, gently holding space for both healing and hope.

My passion for perinatal mental health was born from personal experience. After the birth of my second son, I found myself needing to make sense of two vastly different births, one that felt traumatic, and one that felt empowering. That contrast sparked a deep curiosity in me and a desire to support others in making meaning from their own stories.

Since then, I’ve developed a clinical approach that is integrative and trauma-informed, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and attachment-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I also hold a special interest in maternal neurodivergence, holistic health, and meaning-making in the wake of loss.
