Tricia Crannell, MA
Nationwide Perinatal Coach
As a Master’s Level Professional, it is an honor to be able to provide support to a wide range of people seeking guidance where ever they find themselves in their lives. In my 10 years of professional work, I have had the opportunity to support families with young children, individuals struggling with fertility, and those seeking to become parents through open adoption.
My particular areas of interest include birth trauma, prenatal and postpartum transitions. grief, infertility, attachment, and parenting preschool-aged children. I integrate mindfulness practices, active listening, and visualization as strategies to support clients in reflecting and processing their experiences and gain confidence in their own abilities.
As a mother of two and someone who experienced birth trauma myself, I bring a deeply personal understanding, passion and sensitivity to this work. I am mindful that each experience is as unique as each of my clients and deserves a place to be nurtured and supported. I strive do this, by creating a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space where you can begin to take the first steps towards healing and sharing your story.
