Becoming a parent, preparing for parenthood, or navigating the many experiences that can come with pregnancy and postpartum can bring a wide range of emotions. There may be moments of joy and connection alongside uncertainty, feeling overwhelmed, grief, anxiety, or a sense of not quite feeling like yourself. I believe you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of everything you’re carrying. My hope is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

 

I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples through the transitions that accompany the perinatal journey. I work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, anxiety and depression, birth experiences, relationship transitions, infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, and the many complexities of becoming a parent. I was born through sperm donation and growing up with my own unique family story has given me a deep appreciation for the many different ways families are formed. It has shaped my belief that there is no one “right” way to have a child, become a parent, or create a family. Every family has its own story and I believe those stories deserve to be met with openness, compassion, and respect.
