You'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow group members who are currently pregnant, sharing the common experience of navigating all aspects of pregnancy together.

Week 1: Introduction and Establishing a Safe Space

Week 2: Understanding Emotional Changes During Pregnancy

Week 3 – Partner and Family Support

Week 4 – Managing Anxiety and Fear About Labor and Parenthood

Week 5 –  Building Resilience and Self-Care During Pregnancy

Week 6 – Transition to Parenthood and Postpartum Mental Health

The desired outcome of participating in the pregnancy support group is to cultivate a supportive community where expectant individuals can share experiences, gain emotional resilience, acquire valuable information, and foster connections that contribute to a positive and empowered pregnancy journey.

When: Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. starting August 6th running 6 consecutive weeks

Cost: $25 per 90 minute group
