Description
āI just donāt feel like myself since having a baby.ā
When you decided to become a mother, you likely did not anticipate feelings such as despair, irritation, and self-doubt being part of your experience. You might be wondering if youāre doing something wrong and how long these painful emotions will last.
You may feel so overwhelmed by this season of motherhood that you question why you wanted a baby in the first place or if youāre capable of being a mother. There may be days where you cry in the shower and the simplest tasks are too much to handle. You may feel all alone and out of control in your experience.
This class led by Ana Velouise, AMFT, is a great start to shifting your postpartum experience and feeling more like yourself again.
In this two-day workshop, weāll cover:
- How to recognize and change negative thought patterns
- Your top 2 āmaladaptiveā core self beliefs
- 4 behavioral skills to move from inaction to action
ā¦Plus lots of chances to ask questions and talk with other moms who get what you're going through!
Gain real tools
Understand yourself better and leave with 3 tools you can immediately use to:
- Stop negative thought patterns before they spiral into shame and unhelpful behavior
- Recognize when a core self belief is being activated and be able to respond with less activation
- Complete daily tasks with ease and develop realistic expectations for this season of life
Join us Saturdays March 9th & Saturday March 16th from 10am-12pm Pacific
