ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Kathryn Lopez, MFT

Kathryn is a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping new moms access their inner strength and resilience. As a mom herself, she has seen first hand how the right support at the right time can make a tremendous difference for families. She is passionate about being that difference for every family she supports.

Meghann Vela, MFT

Meghann is a licensed therapist who is passionate about the perinatal period and helping other families adjust to this incredibly beautiful yet challenging time.  As a mom to two little girls herself, she knows the unique challenges that can present during this time, and the benefit of ongoing support and building a village.  Meghann utilizes her professional and personal lens to create a safe space of nurturance for every family she works with.
