When becoming parents, whether it be a new or familiar experience, we are given a unique opportunity to deepen our connection with ourselves and our loved ones. Simultaneously, it can also be a time of sudden and unforeseen hardship that can threaten our identity, relationships, and quality of life.
Many of the challenges of parenthood, particularly for moms, are too often unspoken and hidden. Kathryn strives to empower you in clarifying your truths and choices while feeling a great sense of hope within your healing process. She utilizes an integrated strength-based approach, and believes we are incredibly resilient and can recover beautifully!
