Description
Overwhelmed No More: Support for Moms with ADHD is a free, supportive, and practical class created for new moms who want tools that actually work with the ADHD brain—not against it. Together, we’ll explore the most common challenges moms with ADHD face during the postpartum season, while also highlighting the strengths, resilience, and creativity that many ADHD moms bring into parenthood.
You’ll leave with realistic strategies you can use right away—especially on the days when you’re tired, touched out, and your brain feels like it has 37 tabs open.
In this class, participants will learn:
How ADHD can bring both unique challenges and surprising strengths during the postpartum period
Daily micro-meditations that help build trust and emotional steadiness, even while feeling overwhelmed
A flexible menu of self-care ideas designed specifically with the ADHD brain in mind, including solutions that are simple, sensory-aware, and actually doable
