About the Instructor

Rebecca Johnson, LMFT is passionate about the field of mental health and after spending 13 years in the field with the last 8 years practicing therapy, her passion for supporting perinatal families in all stages of their growth has only increased. She is blessed to be the mother of 2 beautiful young children and an amazing bonus daughter. She understands the many challenges of blended families and navigating the complexities of parenting with different cultural backgrounds.

Rebecca believes therapy is a relationship between people and works through connection, understanding, and vulnerability. She continues to be amazed at the strength, resiliency, vulnerability, discovery, and insight that arises for so many during the perinatal time. Ā She has additional specialized training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and is currently completing hours for AASECT Sex Therapy Certification.
