As an experienced NICU RN with a deep passion for supporting individuals at every stage of the perinatal journey, I bring compassion, collaboration, and curiosity to my practice, guiding clients through the transition into parenthood and beyond.

 

After having my first child during the pandemic, it felt as if my world turned upside down. Little did I know that I would begin a beastly battle with postpartum anxiety and depression. Despite having the education, resources, and knowledge, I was dumbfounded that I could still suffer from the PMADs that I had. My eyes opened up and I began to better see and honor the families I worked with every day in the NICU. I was determined to do more for the families, for my children, and for myself, so I went back to school to obtain a degree in mental health therapy. I also obtained my PMH-C through Postpartum Support International.

My mission is to walk with you during this transitional time and help you navigate your new “normal” to the best of my abilities utilizing a client-centered approach. You are not alone! Conception through parenthood can bring on both “good” stress and “bad” stress, along with a range of intense emotions, thoughts, traumas, and challenges. Together, we will create a nonjudgmental space that will allow you to explore, reflect, and discover. I am honored to be a part of your journey towards healing and growth!
