Pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and the transition into parenthood can bring so many emotions, sometimes all at once. These seasons can feel overwhelming, isolating, and very different from what you expected. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to show up exactly as you are.

As someone who understands the isolation that motherhood can bring, I know how important it is to feel connected and supported during these transitions. I’m here to help you make sense of difficult emotions, identify realistic ways forward, and strengthen your connection with yourself and the people you love.

My approach is warm and nonjudgmental, allowing you to bring your authentic self to our time together. I believe therapy is most effective when the client-therapist relationship is open, honest, and collaborative. My work is guided by humanistic, feminist, and relational theories, while implementing evidenced-based practices including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I also believe in the benefits of creative expression and welcome art projects, music, and writing exercises when it feels helpful.

After a decade of working in the tech industry, I was excited to discover a greater sense of purpose in becoming a therapist. When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, trying new coffee shops, and reading.
