After becoming a new mom myself, my passion for working with people in the perinatal time of life was set into motion. I experienced first hand how the right support made a tremendous difference for me and I seek to be that difference for others.

 

     When becoming parents, whether it be a new or familiar experience, we are given a unique opportunity to deepen our connection with ourselves and our loved ones. Simultaneously, it can also be a time of sudden and unforeseen hardship that can threaten our identity, relationships, and quality of life.

 

     Many of the challenges of parenthood, particularly for moms, are too often unspoken and hidden. I strive to empower you in clarifying your truths and choices while feeling a great sense of hope within your healing process. I utilize an integrated strength-based approach, and believe we are incredibly resilient and can recover beautifully!
