The journey to parenthood and beyond can be both joyful and challenging, and it’s so important to seek care and support along the way. The transformative and life changing process associated with this journey brings about many emotions. It can feel overwhelming at times, but you are not alone. I’m deeply passionate about perinatal mental health and committed to helping you feel seen, heard, and supported. As a mother of two, I’ve personally navigated pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood which inspired my passion for supporting others on their perinatal journeys.

 

Whether you are navigating family planning, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, identity and relationship changes, loss, or infertility—this is a place where you can show up as you are and process what you need too. You are allowed to take things moment by moment, to sit with what’s heavy, and to make room for what’s hopeful.

 

I have a decade of experience supporting children, parents, and families in many roles, and I bring that knowledge and empathy to our work together. I work collaboratively with you, creating a space to explore your feelings, discover healing, and develop tools that support your well-being. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and rooted in family systems, allowing us to explore your experiences and foster healing in a way that feels right for you. Through therapy, we care for our thoughts, honor our bodies, and listen to the whispers of the soul. You steer your journey, choosing a pace that works for you, and I’m here to help navigate the waters alongside you.
