Dancy Perinatal is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to fill the role of Office Manager (Hybrid: 2 days in person and 3 days virtual after probationary period). As a crucial member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our online office, working with a small group of dedicated mental health professionals.

Responsibilities:

 Insurance Billing, Verification and Credentialing:

  • Ensure seamless billing processes and verify insurance information for new clients.

  • Onboard new therapists and credential them with insurance companies

 Professional Liaison to referral sources:

  • Be the first point of contact for professional inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Manage the professional referral database and engage in contract negotiations.

  • Invoicing and billing large contracts, managing deadlines and follow up for payment

  • Meet with community partners to foster relationships and collaborations.

 Client Management: 

  • Handle client questions, concerns, and scheduling needs to ensure a positive experience.

Staff Management and Training 

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clinicians including software training.

  • Provide administrative support to our mental health professionals as they deliver exceptional care.

  • Organize weekly and quarterly activities to boost employee morale.

  • Collect and compile client feedback and data for growth recommendations.

 Communications

  • Schedule and oversee email and social media posts to enhance our online presence.

 

Position Details:

Location: 720 Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661

Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week, M-F

Compensation: $25/hr

Benefits: Accrued 2 weeks PTO, holidays off (unpaid)

Work Arrangement: Initially in-office, transitioning to a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) after a 90-day probation period.

  • Experience with insurance billing in the healthcare field

  • Comfortable with technology and software- scheduling, billing, invoicing, website, email marketing, social media, google products (doc, sheets)
