All too often, the emotional needs of those navigating infertility, pregnancy, loss, and new parenthood are overlooked. In this space, your well-being is my priority.

I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through infertility, pregnancy, reproductive decisions, adoption, postpartum transitions, grief and loss, birth trauma, identity shifts, and the complexities of parenthood. I also work with clients healing from difficult childhood experiences, dysfunctional family systems, and intergenerational wounds, helping them break free from unwanted patterns and build more connected, fulfilling lives. As a digital nomad living and traveling abroad full-time, I bring a unique perspective to supporting individuals who lead nontraditional lives or feel disconnected from a sense of home.

I offer a safe, collaborative, and empowering space where you can explore your inner world at a pace that feels right for you. My trauma-informed, strengths-based approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and self-compassion practices. Together, we’ll explore and re-author the stories you’ve internalized about yourself, stories often shaped by early experiences and survival strategies. I also weave in mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and nurture a sense of safety in both mind and body.
