As a queer, BIPOC therapist and Certified Lactation Educator, I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through the perinatal journey and beyond. I strive to help clients find tools, clarity, and a sense of steadiness, whatever “moving forward” looks like for them.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive. I utilized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), somatic practices and mindfulness. I aim to support clients in exploring their situations, increasing their agency, and strengthening their own sense of self. Everyone has the knowledge and expertise needed to live their own lives authentically - sometimes, it just takes a bit of collaboration.

I have experience working with underserved and marginalized communities, including domestic violence survivors, LGBTQIA+ individuals, "non-traditional" family structures, and undocumented families. My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens, and I am committed to creating a space where all identities and experiences are met with respect and care.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. With compassion and curiosity, I aim to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, process your story, and create meaningful change, at your own pace.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, painting, and dancing.
